The staff at Jaff Hotel was incredibly friendly and kind. They were very helpful and made me feel safe as a woman traveling alone.

During our recent stay at Jaff Hotels & Spa Nisantasi, we were impressed with the convenient location, being close to Taksim, Nisantasi, and Sisli areas. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area of Istanbul, with easy access to the Osmanbey Metro Station. It was a great base for exploring the city, and we particularly enjoyed walking to the famous Istiklal Street. The hotel's proximity to the Cevahir Shopping Center was also a plus for us, as we could indulge in some wonderful shopping experiences.

I had a great stay here. The location is very convenient with easy access to public transportation and many shops nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The hotel also offers a great range of amenities including a spa, fitness centre, and restaurant.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel stay.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel offers easy access to numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. The nearby metro station is just a short walk away, providing convenient transportation options. The staff members, particularly Adnan, are known for their helpfulness and expertise in recommending the best sightseeing spots. One aspect that didn't meet expectations was the location, as it was situated on a steep and narrow street, making it tiring to navigate. the lack of ramps at the entrance posed difficulties for guests with strollers or wheelchairs, as well as those carrying heavy bags.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the daily room service was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a wide range of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, with many of them able to communicate in English. The breakfast provided was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

Our experience at the hotel was not entirely pleasant. Upon arrival, we were given a smaller and lower-quality room than what we had booked.
